With over 15 years of experience, Lamija is committed to the prevention of health complications through the treatment of chronic wounds and management of chronic illnesses. She is recognized for her compassion, excellent bedside manner, and commitment to improving patient health through the application of evidence-based wound care modalities.

Her objective is to provide timely, high-quality patient care through face-to-face visits as well as through the use of telemedicine, ensuring safe, effective, and cost-efficient treatment of chronic wounds and complex medical conditions.

What is advanced wound care?

Advanced wound care is the diagnosis, treatment, and management of wounds that are slow to heal or don’t heal at all on their own.

Slow-healing wounds are prone to infections, making them larger or spreading to other areas of your body. In the worst-case scenarios, untreated wounds can lead to gangrene and limb amputation.
